Pascual Ovalle is a contemporary Chilean artist who explores themes of human existence and identity through painting. His works delve into the essence of figures and spaces, creating a mysterious atmosphere that blurs the boundaries between reality and fantasy.
 
One of his notable pieces, Noche en el hospital (Night in the Hospital, 2024), is an oil painting on linen characterized by its dark and dreamlike color palette. Another significant work, Una persona en el exterior 2 (One Person Outside 2, 2024), also rendered in oil, offers an intimate perspective on human existence.
