Abstraction does not mean the disappearance of form but rather the disappearance of recognizable form. The figures in the artwork are repeatedly arranged, and as their numbers increase, the individual loses their uniqueness and becomes flattened. Eventually, the figures within the artwork become simple pixels that make up the composition.
