KIM HYOSUK Korea, b. 1981
Biography
The work exists on the boundary between accumulation and collapse, movement and stillness, change and continuity, blurriness and clarity-where a sense of tension lingers. This tension arises in the fleeting moment when sculptural forms (or frames) become fixed or pause, giving rise to new dimensions. The creative process begins by capturing this momentary tension, breaking it apart, and reassembling it in new ways.
